Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JuzJazzy's! We carefully prepare each order so your self-care favorites arrive ready for you to enjoy.

Processing

Orders are processed and prepared before shipment. Because some JuzJazzy's products and fragrance selections may be prepared in small batches or replenished as needed, processing times may vary. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Standard U.S. Shipping

JuzJazzy's currently ships within the United States.

• Orders under $50: $6 Standard Shipping
• Orders of $50 or more: FREE Standard Shipping

Estimated transit time for standard shipping is approximately 5–8 business days. Transit time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders within our designated delivery area. A $20 minimum order is required for local delivery. If your shipping address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear during checkout.

Delivery timing and details will be coordinated after your order is placed. For customer and business privacy, JuzJazzy's does not offer public pickup from our fulfillment location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking activity after a label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves our care. If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us at juzjazzys@gmail.com and we will help review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
